Mission & Values
Welcome to LiveWell Psychotherapy. My mission is to promote healing and overall well-being with my clients through therapeutic intervention. My vision is to empower clients to live their best lives, by working through and managing mental health issues. I strive to create a space dedicated to healing and self-growth. I see clients aged 16 and up and all over Ontario for both virtual and in-person sessions.
Core values that I bring to my practice are:
Trust – I believe that building trust with my clients is essential to being a good therapist. I adhere strictly to confidentiality guidelines and work with my clients to build trust throughout our time together.
Commitment – I am committed to the highest standards of practice. I believe that continued education in the field is vital to support practice to the highest standards of care. I am committed to continuing my education in the field and seeking consultation when needed.
Results – I work with my clients to achieve improved well-being, and managing/overcoming mental health and/or relational issues. Creating therapeutic goals together, and monitoring progress throughout the course of therapy is important.
Care & Compassion – I work hard at building a strong alliance with each client and bringing care and compassion to our work together. Building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients has been shown to be one of the most important factors to promote healthy change.
